Body Sculpting – NEW Class starting January 14th!

Exercise using hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls and your own body weight to tone and sculpt your body in a small group setting where everyone gets the attention they deserve and where the camaraderie is contagious. Power Hour

Hatha Yoga – NEW Class starting January 16th!

(Thursdays) 6:00-7:00 PM in the Clubhouse with Kathy Streck 

This class focuses on the physical practice of Hatha Yoga which AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Association of America) call the “Sunrise Yoga Format”. In Hatha Yoga, asana’s (poses) are held for varying lengths of time, and most asana’s can be modified for various fitness levels. The Sunrise Yoga Format creates a balanced flow of movement that warms the body, builds to a logical progression of intensity, and completes with a thorough blend of relaxation and flexibility work. We will focus on core and stabalizing techniques that involve unified body movement, improving health and posture through the delicate grace that Yoga brings to each participant’s whole being. Come enjoy the serene, candle-lit setting in the Clubhouse overlooking the shores of Lake Washington. Masters Swim

Masters Swim is a coached lap swimming workout  in the Competition pool designed to build fitness and develop stroke technique. Participants must be able to swim 50 yards continuous freestyle. Join us for a complimentary workout to get started! Link to register here.
