Clubhouse Rentals

With a spectacular view of Lake Washington, and Mt. Rainier the MIBC Clubhouse is a perfect venue for weddings, receptions, business meetings, and all other parties. The Clubhouse provides over 2000 square feet of space to accommodate up to 150 guests.

RentalEvent End Time

All event attendees are required to be off the MIBC grounds by 11:00pm. Therefore events need to end no later than 10:30pm. Caterers or other cleaning individuals only may be here after 11pm but must leave by 12pm and must exit the grounds quietly (we and our neighbors thank you in advance).

Club House Guidelines and Regulations:

  • Attendees may be asked to help with setting up and taking down tables & chairs
  • General clean-up and garbage removal required or clean up fee will be charged
  • All other policies as laid out the Clubhouse Rental Policies page are applicable

Valet Parking Surcharge

  • $550 - Required for all rentals between June 1st through September 1st. This surcharge covers the cost of valet service.

Refundable Deposit

  • $500 - Member rentals under 75 attendees
  • $1000 - Member rental over 75 attendees, kids parties, wedding receptions and non-member rentals.

  • Clubhouse room and bathrooms, kitchen facility including coffee machine Outdoor deck, tables and chairs
  • 60" round tables (seats 8 comfortable; 10 max) - 12 available
  • Bistro tables (2 adjustable heights) - 10 available
  • 6' x 30" rectangle tables - 15 available
  • Folding Chairs - 100 available
  • 80in TV
  • Sound System
  • Cordless Microphone
  • Screen & Projector

Maximum Capacity

  • 150 + Standing
  • 100 Seated

Rental Time Frame

Set-up time: three hours immediately prior to event Standard Event time: up to six hours Event time limit or cap: all event attendees need to leave no later than 11 pm Clean up: one hour (must be completed and cleanup crew must be out by midnight if event ends 11 pm)



Junior Bubble Birthday Parties (kids only)

Note: Only available during open swim pool hours and during the bubble season for up to 20 kids.

MIBC Kids can party with  their friends in style. Start with a swim in our amazing pool then enjoy opening presents, watching movies, and eating treats in our beautiful Clubhouse.

Cost: $150
This covers all guest fees  and reserves a maximum 3 hour window of pool & club house time with TV.

Open Swim Hours (with Lifeguard) in non-summer:
Monday through Friday 1pm –  7pm
Saturday/Sunday 11am – 7pm

Pool Guidelines & Regulations:

  1. There must be a  chaperone in both boys and girls locker rooms
  2. Any child  attending that can not pass the swim test (one length  of  the pool unassisted)  may not go in any part of the pool where they can not stand with their  shoulders above the water without an adult within arms length of the child.
  3. All other MIBC  Pool Guidelines apply including, but not limited to:
    1. All swimmers must be potty trained.
    2. Only Coastguard approved floatation devices are allowed in pool (no arm floaties).
    3. No heavy objects may be thrown across the pool
