Vinyasa Flow Yoga

(SUN- 9:30-10:30 am) with Julia Chetroi

This energizing practice is accessible, yet challenging and flowing to sculpt, tone and strengthen the muscles of your body and mind. Expect combinations of sun salutations, standing poses, arm balances, inversion and deep stretching is involved. The practice is vigorous but allows space for you to feel, breathe and be in your body. There will be times of holding poses to savor the feel from the inside out. This practice will bring balance into your body, mind and soul. All fitness levels are welcome. Click here for class flyer.

Power Hour
