Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Fitness

Combine Stand Up Paddle boarding and fitness! These classes take your favorite plyometrics, calisthenics, Pilates & yoga routines and put them on the water. Both Stand Up Paddle boarding and body weight fitness are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance and body strength. These are all level classes for ages 12 and up! No SUP or fitness experience required, but you should be able to tread water. Dress for a hot experience, it gets warm in the pool environment!
Class size minimum 5 participants, maximum 10 participants.
Session 1: Package (1/4, 2/2 and 3/2) $60.
Session 2: Package (4/6, 5/4 and 6/1) $60.
