Springtime Tone Up
(Mondays & Wednesdays) 9:30-10:30 AM with David Perkins
A program of ever increasing intensity to get that jump start on those Springtime fitness goals. This will be a one hour full body workout using bodyweight exercises and traditional resistance training. There will be extra emphasis on core and glutes in this class. Click here for class flyer. NOTE: Participants must register online at least 12 hours prior to each class. Classes require a minimum of 3 attendees. If less than 3 attendees are registered, class is cancelled and an email will be sent to registrants.

Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Fitness
(Sundays) 9:00 – 10:00AM: Session 1 (May 5, 12, 19), Session 2 (June 2, 9, 16)

Each week we build upon the last, helping create a solid foundation of skills. This is an interactive class that includes practical application as well as lecture materials.
