Invincible Strength & Conditioning

(Mondays & Wednesdays) 6:00-7:00 AM with David Perkins

Starting February 25th

One hour of old fashioned strength & conditioning with a HIIT style foundation. Invincible Strength and Conditioning will incorporate kettle bells, body weight, and functional movement to create an intense and challenging workout. Springtime Tone Up

(Mondays & Wednesdays) 9:30-10:30 AM with David Perkins

Starting February 25th

A 6 week program of ever increasing intensity to get that jump start on those Springtime fitness goals. This will be a one hour full body workout using bodyweight exercises and traditional resistance training. There will be extra emphasis on core and glutes in this class. Click here for class flyer.

(Tuesdays & Thursdays) 7:30-8:30 AM with Vic Tolbert

Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Fitness

March 10th, 17th, 24th 

(Sundays) 9:00-10:00 AM with Lindsay Lambert

Self Defense

March 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st

(Sundays) 3:00-4:00 PM with David Perkins 

A 4-week series of classes designed especially for women to enhance their personal protection abilities through maximizing their physical and mental abilities. Each week we build upon the last, helping create a solid foundation of skills. This is an interactive class that includes practical application as well as lecture materials.
