MI Havin’ Fun Camp

2018 July 9th – August 17th

MIBC’s exciting summer camp provides a great time on the courts, in the pools and all around the Club. This camp is a week long afternoon program for 6-12 year old members of the Club. This is offered as a half-day option for families who don’t want to commit to a full-day camp at a price of $130/week. Otherwise, you can bundle this half-day camp with an Art Lab and/or a Paddle Board camp that will take place in the mornings. It’s up to you!

During the half-day MI Havin’ Fun Camp, children will begin up at the tennis courts, learning skills and playing games for an hour under the direction of Daniel Mitha and his staff. The concept is instruction mixed with fun. Counselors will then bring the kids to the Clubhouse or other area of the Club for a snack break (kids bring their own snack and water), after which they’ll do an activity together. Arts & Crafts, capture the flag, etc. Weather dependent and will be different each day. At 3:00 pm the kids will be guided to the locker rooms to change into suits, then into the pool where the swim staff will work with the kids on their swimming skills and then play games in the water.

Pickup and sign-out outside the lifeguard office at 4:00 pm.

About Northwest Paddle Surfers:
“Northwest Paddle Surfers was launched in the Fall of 2009 by Dan Eberhardt and Jeff Underwood after they had created and hosted the first Round the Rock Stand Up Paddle Race. Friends since college, they love every sort of water activity imaginable. However, their favorite activities are surfing and stand up paddling (SUP). In order to share their passion with a larger chunk of the population, they formed a SUP rental business on Lake Washington.”
